Fender Stratocaster

This is the neck from a 2007 Fender American Vintage 57 Stratocaster.  It is the V-Shape model.  Note that I took the pictures with the neck still attached to my guitar, but the body is not for sale, just the neck.  With that said I reliced this guitar and the neck.  There are a few dings as well as a cigarette burn on the headstock and another burn mark below the fender logo on the side of headstock. The nitro finish has been sanded off of the back of the neck and feels super smooth and comfortable, and that is about all that I did to the neck.  I did not do anything to the fretboard..  Overall great feeling neck and is straight as an arrow with virtually no fretwear.  Would be perfect for a project strat or just a replacement neck.  The pictures did not turn out as well as I had hoped.  The neck has a beautiful vintage tint to it and an awesome grain pattern.  I have played some 56 Custom Shop Stratocasters, and cannot tell the difference from those necks to this one.  IMO this neck is every bit as good as a custom shop neck.  Tuners are included in the auction.
