Fender Stratocaster

still new, no finish (will finish for 35 extra, see details below)...Fender Licensed...

Warmoth Maple Neck w/ super nice dark rosewood fingerboard. Nice straight maple grain too especially on the headstock, almost looks quartersawn (but it's anglesawn). Also has '59 neckshape option and 9.5 radius option (was +35extra for each=$70more). Most 80's to present non "vintage" american strat models have 9.5 radius necks (strat plus, etc) which gives better bending.

'59 NECKSHAPE OPTION: The 59 roundback neckshape has slimmer sides than thinC necks, with a bit thicker middle overall, but the slimmer sides make it feel smaller than you may think...to me it feels more comfortable than thinC's, as thin necks make you grab the neck more to fill the hands for holding chords, where the 59 fills the hand nicely already and with slimmer sides, so you dont have to grab it for chord pressure...your hand "glides" along it more freely I've found, so less hand tension. It's also great for srv/jimi style "thumb over" playing and soloing as you can get your thumb over on the low E better being it's slimmer on the sides there (on both low E and high E sides.)

Other specs: Has 6105 frets like most modern era strats have. Has warmoth "Vintage Modern" construction type with vintage trussrod for best resonant tone. Truss adjustment is at headstock end for easy access. No nut...nut width is 1&11/16. Tuner holes drilled for schaller strat tuners (mini-locking or unlocking type) so use those for perfect fit. Others may fit too, such as grover, sperzel, etc but I dont know. I will offer to do a satin or semigloss finish for $35 extra if buyer wants (no super glossy).
