Fender Stratocaster

This is an auction for my 1998 Fender USA Lone Star Stratocaster in sunburst with some relic plastic parts courtesy of Fatboy Foley. This model is now discontinued but IMHO is way superior to the Mexican version Fender now make.
It has been my number 2 backup gigging guitar and so has not seen a great deal of action. There are some very small dinks and surface scratches but compared to my identical twin number 1 this baby is in excellent condition.
It has all the usual stuff - 2 Texas Specials in the neck and middle positions with a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucker at the bridge. 5 way selector switch and 1 volume/2 tones are joined by a coil tap on the second tone control plus a Villex passive boost jack socket for some extra grunt when needed.
The neck is rosewood 9.5" radius and the frets have very little wear (not even at the second fret on the G and B strings!). It has Sperzel locking machines fitted, comes complete with a Fender hard case and genuine Fender strap and if you're not keen on the relic parts I'll throw in the originals including the tortoiseshell scratchplate it had when I bought it.
This is an auction so once bidding starts it will not be stopped early (unless someone offers me crazy money!). A realistic starting price means there's no reserve. Please don't bid unless you intend to buy.
