We use UPS Ground shipping service for shipping to all our customers.

It is exclusively your responsibility to provide accurate Ship-To addresses for your orders and to ensure that you will take delivery of your orders from a UPS delivery driver.

We maintain a strict quality control of our products. Our sales return rate has been very low at less than 1%. However, because we are confident that the products we ship out to our customers are 100% free of manufacturing defects (some minor finish blemishes may be seen on a few guitars, though), we accept a return request that is made within 7 business days of you receive the product(s). Although we will grant the customer the return request no matter what reason(s) the customer gives, we do need to ask the customer for the reason(s) he or she wants to return the product(s). We process return requests on a case-by-case basis. Until we receive back the returned product(s), we won’t be able to tell if a full refund will be issued or any fees and charges will be deducted from the otherwise-fully-refundable amount.

A full refund will be issued to the customer if the returned product(s) we receive back is/are in their original packaging with, if applicable, no missing accessories and/or parts included in the original (bundle) packaging and has/have only been lightly used on a test basis. And, if the returned product(s) are found to be actually defective, as the customer will have claimed, based on his or her return-requesting customer’s claim, we will either ship to the customer a replacement with the shipping expense on us, or issue the customer a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s) PLUS the shipping charge of the original package shipped to the customer. Otherwise, a 29% restocking fee and an amount equal to the product of the selling prices times the quantities of the missing accessories or parts will be deducted from the otherwise-fully-refundable amount. We insert a slip of “Return Policy Reminder” in every package we ship to our customers.
